Broron Oil and Gas Limited is an indigenous Nigerian company involved in the provision of excellent sub-sea engineering, Offshore Installations, Offshore vessel support services and Diving Operations Services. We are focused on quality, cost-effective, innovative and cutting-edge solutions designed to meet the present day challenges of the oil and gas industry across the globe.

We shall manage scarce resources, such as water, energy and land in an environmentally sensitive manner. This policy shall provide the framework for setting and reviewing our Quality Health, Safety and Environmental Objectives and targets for the organization.

It is the Prime Policy for Broron Oil & Gas Limited to execute its operations effectively and safely in accordance with client’s specifications and acceptable international standards in order to satisfy or exceed their expectations. To achieve these, Management & Staff of Broron Oil & Gas Limited are fully committed to the followings:

• Ensure constant protection of the environment, including prevention of pollution, and other specific commitment(s) relevant to the context of our organization
• To provide safe & healthy working conditions, for the prevention of work related injury and ill health.
• This policy is appropriate to the purpose, size and Context of the Organization and to the specific nature of Broron Oil & Gas Limited OHS&E Risks and Opportunities.
• Continuous updating and analysis of the Company’s environmental aspects, impacts and performance taking into consideration the lifecycle perspective of our products and services.
• Effective communication of relevant environmental obligations and monitoring activities of employees, external providers (suppliers/contractors) and other interested parties working for and on behalf of the Company in prevention, source reduction, reuse, recycle, recovery and waste treatment and control of pollution in all work areas.
• Elimination of hazards and reduce OH&S Risks through proper risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis, and Effective control of operations through the adoption hierarchy of controls;
• Compliance to applicable regulatory, statutory and legal requirements that apply to our business and operational activities;

Broron Oil & Gas Limited shall monitor its QHSE performance regularly and strive for continual improvement of our product and services and the QHSE processes by constantly reviewing this Policy at least annually during management review meeting.

The policy shall be displayed conspicuously at strategic locations within the organization and at all Broron Oil and Gas Limited operational bases for easy access to all interested parties and communicated to external interested parties through our website.
